Morpheus8 combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy delivered at adjustable depths up to 8mm — deeper than any other RF microneedling device. It produces dermal heating and remodeling that addresses laxity, fine wrinkling, and texture in one treatment.
It's our most-requested device for the lower face, jowls, neck, and abdomen — areas where skin tightening matters more than resurfacing. Three sessions, 4–6 weeks apart, with results that build for 6 months.

Microneedles deliver bipolar RF energy at depths from 0.5 to 8mm (Morpheus8 Body) into the dermis and subcutaneous fat. The thermal injury triggers collagen and elastin remodeling. Depth is dialed per indication — superficial for resurfacing, deep for tightening.
Morpheus8 is safe across skin tones. The needles bypass the epidermal melanin, delivering heat without surface targeting. We use it in Fitzpatrick V–VI patients.

Treatment
Numbing 45 minutes. Treatment 30–45 minutes. Pressure and heat sensation; tolerable with numbing.

Recovery
Day 1: pink and grid-marked. Day 2–4: bronzed micro-dots, mild edema. Mineral SPF only for one week.

Results
Initial tightening at 2 weeks. Continuing build to 6 months. Repeat at 6-week intervals through the series.

Dr. Elena Marchetti founded Lumère in 2018 after fifteen years between New York and Milan, where she split her time between hospital dermatology and one of Europe's most respected aesthetic practices. She is double-trained: a board-certified dermatologist who treats skin disease alongside her aesthetic work, with a fellowship in cosmetic dermatology from Mount Sinai.
