Dr. Elena Marchetti founded Lumère in 2018 after fifteen years between New York and Milan, where she split her time between hospital dermatology and one of Europe's most respected aesthetic practices. She is double-trained: a board-certified dermatologist who treats skin disease alongside her aesthetic work, with a fellowship in cosmetic dermatology from Mount Sinai.
At Lumère, she sets the clinical protocols, oversees every injector and device, and personally treats patients seeking advanced biostimulator, laser, and energy-based work. She is one of a small number of physicians in Florida certified to teach Sculptra technique.
Outside of clinic, she serves on the medical advisory boards of two skincare companies and lectures internationally on aesthetic dermatology for women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s.
