GLP-1 agonists slow gastric emptying, reduce appetite, and improve insulin sensitivity. Tirzepatide adds GIP receptor activity, which produces somewhat greater weight loss in clinical trials. We carry both compounded and brand-name formulations as availability allows.
The program: baseline labs (CBC, CMP, A1C, lipid panel, TSH), monthly visits with provider, weekly self-administered subcutaneous injection, and structured nutrition counseling at start and at month 3.
