The jawline is the frame of the face. Strong, defined jawlines read as youthful regardless of age — and the modern 'snatched' aesthetic has put jawline contouring near the top of our request list. The technique is bone-deep injection along the mandible, with chin support and pre-jowl correction as needed.
We treat the jawline as a unit with the chin and submentum (under-chin). Treating one without considering the others produces the disjointed look you sometimes see on social media.

Jawline filler uses high-G-prime HA placed along the body and angle of the mandible to create or restore definition. We typically combine it with chin projection (Voluma or RHA 4 anteriorly) and Botox to the masseter and platysmal bands when needed.
Men and women have different optimal jawline shapes. We design accordingly — sharper angles and stronger chin in male patients, softer transitions and lifted angle in female patients.
What to expect
Consultation, treatment day, and after.

Consultation
Photograph profile and three-quarter. Map angle, body, chin, and pre-jowl region. Discuss whether masseter Botox would amplify the result.

Treatment
45–60 minutes. Mostly cannula along the body, needle on bone at angle. Comfort options including dental block.

Recovery
Mild swelling 2–4 days. Bruising at the chin most common. Sleep elevated.

Results
Visible immediately, settled at 2 weeks.
