Terms of service.
1. Acceptance
By using https://lumere-aesthetics.com, booking an appointment, or receiving services from Lumère Medical Aesthetics, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
2. Services
Lumère Medical Aesthetics provides aesthetic medical services. All medical services are provided under the supervision of our Medical Director, Dr. Elena Marchetti, MD, FAAD. Treatment is at the discretion of the treating provider; we may decline service for clinical reasons.
3. Bookings & cancellations
Booking requests submitted through this site are not confirmed appointments. We confirm by reply within one business day. A $75 consultation fee is charged at confirmation; it is fully credited toward any treatment booked at the same visit or within 30 days. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment forfeit the consultation fee.
4. Pricing
Prices on the site are starting prices and subject to change without notice. Final pricing is determined at consultation based on individual goals and anatomy. Membership pricing applies only to active members in good standing.
5. Treatment results
Aesthetic medicine results vary based on individual anatomy, adherence to aftercare, and biological response. Photographs in our gallery are real Lumère clients; your results may differ. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
6. Photography & consent
Treatment photography is taken for medical record purposes. Use of photographs in our gallery, on social media, or in marketing requires separate written consent. Consent may be revoked at any time.
7. Memberships
Memberships are billed monthly. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Unused monthly treatments roll over per the terms of your tier. Membership benefits are non-transferable except as specifically stated.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumère Medical Aesthetics's liability for any claim relating to use of the site or our services is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
10. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
